What are the other ways to post my resume online apart from Job portals?
Q. I am an employee. I just want to post my resume in different ways apart form job portals. coz I have already posted my resume in some portals and I am not getting gud offers. Also, the process is too lengthy to post a resume. So, I just want to know if there are any other ways to get more gud offers? and I can post my resume directly.?

A. Finding a job is not easy. When I have posted positions, I am overwhelmed by the number of responses (between 100 - 200). That makes it very hard to find a job unless you really stand out. . But don't lose faith - Keep a positive attitude, and smile! and Try these suggestions: 1 - Only apply for jobs you are SURE you are qualified for. In group of 100, they guy who is not qualified, is the first one tossed out. 2 - Check other smaller sources not as widely used such as - free classified ads, jobkabob, bargain news, local news papers, etc. 3 - go to a temporary agency and work as a temp for a while.
