How to check if my router banned certain IP addresses I always access?
Q. I suddenly can't access my websites I always access. I'm not very sure what recent changes I've made on my computer but I really can't access my websites but others can access them and I can access them through a proxy site. Reasons why I think the problem is on my router is that, I have two PCs in our house, the other one was recently reformatted, but both can't access these websites. So how to check if my router banned certain IP addresses I always access?

A. Well, you didn't say what brand router you have so It's hard to help. I'll assume you have Linksys though, haha. If you do, then type 192.168.1.1 into your browser and hit enter. That will take you to your routers control panel where you can access all your routers settings. Note that the default password is usually "admin" or its blank and I think the username field is left blank. Unless you changed it then that should be it. You could also just reset your router by finding the tiny reset button on your router itself and see if that helps.
