Does anyone know how to contact a representative from Experian?
Q. Viewed my credit report about 3 months ago, found an error that still is on my report from about 3 years back that the creditor agreed to correct. but to date has not. At that time submitted a dispute online w/ Experian, and to date have not recieved a response from them, either. The only way it seems to dispute an error with Experian ins online, I have a number for them but it is all automated, and directs you to other automated info regarding how to obtain a report. In other words, I've not been able to find a wat to contact them to correct this. Any Ideas?
